1. Course Enrollment Cancellation:

Within 24 Hours of Enrollment: Students can cancel their course enrollment within 24 Hours of the initial transaction and receive a full refund. After 24 Hours but Before Course Start: If the cancellation is requested after 24 Hours but before the course start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded. After Course Start Date: Cancellations after the course begins will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).

2. Refunds for Short-Term Programs (Less than 3 Months) or Workshops:

50% refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 24 Hours, And No refund will be made beyond 24 Hours after the initial transaction.

3. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment or purchase.

4. Special Circumstances for Late Cancellations:

Late cancellations will only be considered for refunds in exceptional situations such as: Only Medical emergencies (Accident or Death of the student). Can re-Join in another batch if incase of ill or Hospitalised. Technical difficulties preventing access to the course Other extenuating circumstances These cases will be reviewed individually, and the institution reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds at its discretion.

5. Modifications and Transfers:

Course enrollments can be transferred to another course or program within the same institution if requested before the course start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be made through the institution’s support team.
